The location is at 500 NW Market Street in Ballard, across from Le Gourmand Restaurant. Our menu will feature our special wood-fired pizzas (by the slice or whole), freshly prepared gourmet salads and gelato. We will be serving delicious wine from WA, CA and Italy, Manny's Pale Ale on tap and other specialty bottled beers. There will be plenty of non-alcoholic beverages for the entire family as well. In the future we plan to offer appetizers and other seasonal specials. The pizzeria will feature an open, demonstration kitchen, quick counter service, and a small number of seats. Currently our plans are being reviewed by the city. We have rec'd preliminary approval but the process of building out the restaurant is taking a bit longer than expected.
