Our homemade focaccia is delicately flavored with garlic, olive
oil, Parmesan and Romano cheeses- sliced and ready to dip into
our grandmother Grazia Acamo's fresh blend of diced roma
tomatoes, basil, sweet onion and spices.
- Insalata Caprese - $50 (serves 10 - 15)
Delicious layers of vine-ripened tomatoes, fresh basil and fresh
mozzarella cheese garnished with extra virgin olive oil and
balsamic vinegar.

Add these delicious treats to your party's menu and you won't have to order a cake! (serves 6-8 - must order in "pairs") Fresh Apple & Honey - 2 for $34 baked on a buttery crust and finished with cinnamon & a touch of sugar Mango Raspberry - 2 for $34 same delicious crust but this time add fresh mango and red raspberry sauce!
